This 16 day Intensive (15 nights, 16 days), Yoga Alliance approved, 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a foundational training in hatha and alignment-based vinyasa yoga. This Yoga Alliance certified training will provide participants with the knowledge, practice, and experience to become creative, competent, and inspiring teachers.
The training is open to all, both those inspiring to become the next generation of dynamic teachers as well as to those simply wishing to immerse themselves in the practice of yoga. Those with injuries and health issues are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Students will be able to perform or guide a student into various asana (postures). Additionally, for each posture participants will know the safety precautions, modifications, contraindications, the proper alignment of the pose, and will feel confident offering hands-on-adjustments.
